Two ways to work

Start in seconds. Scale without starting over.

Use the Quick Bench for focused formulation or the Project Workbench for a full product-development program. The product record moves with you.

For early formulation

Quick Bench

Build a working formula, label, specification, and delivery package without setting up a project.

  • Start manually or draft with AI
  • Test targets, nutrition, cost, and compliance together
  • Deliver directly or move the product into a project
AI document intelligence

Turn supplier files into reviewable ingredient data.

Upload one file or a complete ingredient folder. EdibleIQ classifies the documents, extracts the useful facts, and keeps every value tied to its source.

  • Multi-document intake. Specifications, COAs, nutrition, allergens, certifications, pricing, and supporting files become one review packet.
  • Smart matching. Nutrients, suppliers, and document types are proposed with confidence and source evidence.
  • Human-reviewed. Nothing becomes governed ingredient data until a person accepts it.
AI, integrated everywhere

AI inside the work, not beside it.

EdibleIQ AI works with formulas, ingredients, documents, costs, suppliers, projects, and approved knowledge, with the same permissions as the person asking.

  • Draft and optimize. Describe the product and targets; AI proposes a formula and explains nutrition, cost, allergen, and material trade-offs.
  • Finish it in the Formula Editor. Apply the AI draft as a real, editable formula, then refine ingredients, quantities, targets, nutrition, cost, label, and specification.
  • Grounded answers. Ask about live formulas, projects, documents, and audit history.
  • Formula Overseer. AI reviews whether the complete formula makes scientific sense for its intended product before a proposal can be applied.
  • People stay in control. AI proposes; authorized users review and apply.
AI-assisted compliance

Build the label. Know what needs attention.

Generate an FDA-format panel from the live formula, then review it through deterministic checks, cited AI analysis, and an artwork-level visual pass.

01

Publish gate

Required data is enforced. Missing declarations, unresolved ingredients, stale evidence, and incomplete nutrition stop delivery before a version is locked.

02

Compliance review

Pass, pass with warnings, or fail. Review serving declarations, nutrient math, rounding, %DV, allergens, and required content with citations and next steps.

03

Artwork review

AI vision checks the rendered label. Typography, rules, spacing, placement, footnotes, and other visual details are reviewed on the label people will see.

Faster review, with people still accountable.

EdibleIQ surfaces issues and evidence; your qualified reviewer makes the decision. Findings stay with the exact formula and label version that was reviewed.

Controlled delivery

Deliver the exact product you approved.

Build a client-ready package directly from Quick Bench, or coordinate a complex, multi-product delivery in the Project Workbench. Either path freezes the facts that shipped.

  • One complete package. Formula snapshot, branded specification, ingredient and nutrition sheets, label, supporting documents, and integrity manifest.
  • Locked and traceable. Released versions cannot drift; revisions begin as a new draft.
  • Ready for clients and auditors. Approvals, acknowledgements, source evidence, and delivery history stay tied to the released product.
Advanced project management

Plan the work around the product.

Run everything from simple task tracking to complex gated workflows. The Project Workbench connects formulas, documents, trials, decisions, approvals, budgets, and client delivery in one product-development workspace.

  • Complex workflow editor. One lane per product, with draggable tasks, dependencies, decision gates, branching, and governed rework.
  • One task, every view. Workflow, Gantt, Kanban Board, List, and Calendar share the same work instead of creating competing copies.
  • Product-aware planning. Link tasks to formulas, samples, documents, evidence, approvals, and the delivery they support.
  • AI planning assistant. Ask about deliverables, owners, dependencies, milestones, and risk, and it plans alongside you β€” never inventing an owner, date, or dependency it wasn't given.
My Work

Nobody waits to be told what to do next.

My Work is not a second to-do list somebody has to keep up to date. It is the project workflow, seen from one person's side. When a gate passes, an approval lands, or a task ahead of yours completes, the work it unblocks appears in My Work — already carrying the product, the formula version and the reason it reached you.

  • Work arrives, it is not assigned twice. Finishing a task releases whatever depended on it. No one re-keys the plan into a task list, and nothing waits on a status meeting to move.
  • Every item says why it is here. “Bench review passed” or “client approved v7” travels with the work, so people pick it up knowing the context instead of asking for it.
  • Alerted once, then it waits for you. People are notified when something reaches them, and the same item is sitting in My Work when they open it — so a missed notification never means missed work.
  • One list across every project. A formulator on four products sees one ordered day, not four boards to reconcile.
  • Blocked work says who it is waiting on. A stalled item names the gate, decision or person holding it, so chasing is a click and not a search.
Connected collaboration

Keep the conversation with the decision.

EdibleIQ can replace separate project-management and chat tools for product work, while email and calendar integrations extend selected events and approvals into the tools your organization already uses.

  • Private or shared formulas. Keep a formula private, share edit rights with selected teammates, or inherit access from the project team.
  • Built-in messaging. Discuss the formula or project beside the work, with @EIQAI available for grounded answers and summaries.
  • Email and calendar integrations. Connect Gmail or Outlook and Google or Microsoft 365 Calendar so messages, dates, and responses reach the product record without retyping them.
  • External approval rooms. Give clients a controlled place to review files, comment, approve, and see the delivery meant for them.
EdibleIQ Connections

Work in EdibleIQ. Reach clients where they work.

Keep the governed product record in EdibleIQ while messages, dates, files, and approvals reach the everyday tools your team and clients already use.

01

Communicate

Gmail and Outlook. Send project updates by email, draft with AI assistance, and bring important client responses back to the product record.

02

Schedule

Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 Calendar. Keep trials, decision gates, review dates, and delivery milestones visible on the calendars people follow.

03

Documents

One versioned document repository. Specs, COAs, approvals, and contracts connect to projects, formulas, and tasks, with an in-app viewer and the exact version pinned for review and delivery.

Security & trust

Your formulas are your business.
Protecting them is ours.

Isolation, controlled access, encryption, safe file handling, and recoverable infrastructure are built into the platform.

01

Isolated by design

Your formulas, documents, and AI context stay inside your customer environment.

02

Controlled access

Role-based permissions control who can view, edit, approve, publish, or delete.

03

Encrypted and recoverable

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with protected recovery points and tested restores.

04

Safe file handling

Every upload is quarantined and malware-scanned before use. Unsafe or unscannable files stay blocked.

πŸ₯Š

Built to take a punch.

We break it on purpose. We chaos-test our own stack β€” kill the database mid-write, kill a worker mid-import, pull services out from under the app β€” and prove it recovers. A crashed import picks itself back up in about 90 seconds. Nightly encrypted backups run with a dead-man alarm that notices if they ever stop. Deleted records are recoverable, never silently gone.

How it works

One product journey. Four clear steps.

1

Formulate

Build with supplier materials, USDA references, targets, live nutrition, and costing.

2

Verify

Review nutrition, declarations, labels, evidence, and compliance findings together.

3

Coordinate

Plan tasks, decisions, documents, approvals, and client collaboration around each product.

4

Deliver

Build a locked, versioned package for the client with the exact approved product facts.

Pricing

Start with your team.
Grow without forced seat jumps.

Every plan is the same product. Nothing is held back for a higher tier β€” plans differ only in how many people they cover. Most teams start at 10 users; smaller shops can start at 3 and upgrade mid-cycle, with credit for what they have already paid.

Outgrow your plan mid-year? You are credited for the rest of it.

Move from Studio to Team whenever you need the seats β€” not at renewal. We credit the unused part of your Studio year against Team and charge the difference for the months that remain, plus a one-time $1,000 upgrade fee. Ten seats cost $15,000 a year however you arrive at them, so growing is never punished with a higher price than starting there. If you already know you will need ten seats inside the first quarter, start at Team β€” it works out cheaper than upgrading early.

πŸ€–

AI your way β€” fair use, or your own keys for unlimited.

Every plan includes AI under a fair-use limit. If you would rather run without a limit, connect your own AI provider keys and use it as much as you like β€” your prompts then run on your own account, which is often what a data-governance policy wants anyway. You can switch either way at any time; it is a configuration change, not a new contract. We support the platform either way β€” with your own keys, the model quota, rate limits and bill are yours.

Every plan includes the full product. Pricing is preliminary and final terms are confirmed in your order form.
